5. Disclosure of data

Your personal data will only be passed on by us to third parties to the service partners involved in the execution of the contract, such as caterers, the logistics company commissioned with the delivery, and the credit institution commissioned with payment matters.

In cases where your personal data is passed on to third parties, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.

The result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of default on payment will be used by PayPal to decide whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit check may contain probability values (so-called score values). As part of processing your inquiry, your consent to the disclosure of your data to third parties will be obtained.

6. Rights of the data subject

Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed. If this is the case, you have the right to access this personal data and the following information:
